Response times

Emails are answered within one business day. Messages received at the weekend or on a Portuguese public holiday are answered on the next business day. Including your order number helps us reply faster.

Order, sizing and delivery enquiries

For a sizing question, tell us the size you usually wear and the fit you prefer. For a delivery question, include your order number and the tracking link you received. For a damaged or faulty item, send photographs of the parcel and garment within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Returns and exchanges

Start a return by emailing contact@sereinnode.shop with your order number and whether you want a refund, an exchange or another size. Do not send items back before contacting us. Full details are in our Refund policy.
